太陽と海と山と空をこよなく愛するヨガじん。1996年頃、過度のストレスなど身体を壊したことがきっかけで、健康回復を目的にヨガを始める。
インターナショナルヨガセンター(荻窪)にて、Joan&Ken・Harakuma両氏に師事。
ヨガや食事療法、波乗りなどにはまり、自然のエネルギーをいただくことでココロと身体をリカバリーし、人生を180度転換する。
自分の本当にやりたいことを見つけ、ヨガ修行・波乗り三昧のために、単身渡米。
サンディエゴ〜サンフランシスコまで、カリフォルニア縦断旅行をする。
尊敬するヨガの師の一人である、ロドニー・イーやシャンドール・リミートなどの指導を受け、ティーチャーズトレーニングを修了。
帰国後も、インターナショナルヨガセンターや横浜や六本木にあるスポーツクラブ、ホテル東京ヒルトンベイなどでヨガを教える。
出産を機に休業したが、2006年に復帰。
2007年4月までヨガスタジオ東京(渋谷)、2008年3月までSHIZENヨガスタジオ(吉祥寺)にて講師を務める。
自然の中にあることと、人生という名のヨガ道を極めていくことをモットーに暮している。
「しなやかなココロと身体」、サマディーに到達・・・・・・・が人生目標。
趣味は、波乗り、アウトドア、野菜作り、ココロと身体に関する本や哲学を読み発見すること。
性格は、カファ・ヴァータという性質があらわすとおり。(両極端!)
得意分野:アウトドアブランド、初心者向け波乗りポイント、アーユルヴェーダとマッサージ。

She began to learn Yoga for recovering from some kind of disease.
So she recovered from disease and started surfing,and changed her life then.
She began learning Yoga 1997 at International Yoga Center,and found her aim of life,has been to
U.S for studying various style Yoga and teachers.
She traveled from SanDiego to SanFrancisco,studying Yoga and and enjoyed surfing.
During staying U.S,studied with Rodney Yee,or some other great teachers,and the completed a teacher's training with one of these world famous Yogi,Shandor Remete.
After came back to Tokyo,she has bee n teached Yoga at International Yoga Center ,some kinds of fitness club,Hotel Tokyo Bay Hilton and so on.But after childbirth,she stopped Yoga teaching ,and thenresumed in March 2006.
She teached at Yoga Studio Tokyo(shibuya)till April 2007,and Now is teaching only at ShizenYogaStudio(Kichijo-ji).
She is studying not only Yoga but also Vedanta(indian philosophy),Ayurveda(science of life),Anatomy,Acu-Yoga,Shiatu,therapy massage,medical herbs and something like that for heal the Body and Mind.
She loves being in nature, and living her own life fulfilled by Yoga.
Her life aim is " A lithe Body and Flexible mind", " attain to Samadhi"(lol)
I would like to meet a lots of people through Yoga and To be happy everyone.

Shantih means a blessing in Sanskrit.
The word "Como" come from accomodation, I mean it a space.
So as YogaComoShantih is good Yoga learning Space and also Oasis for the Body and Mind to relax and revital.
YogaComoShantih(YCS) would has a yoga classes,and massage session,and mom's yoga and Medical herb workshop,and so on.
TheEssence of Yoga is a Breath.
Defferent from the other popular exercise,Yoga is focus to the breath,and moving from deep inner muscle,You can feel refresh and relax,and revitalizing.
Using the fundamental and great function of the nature body,that is a breath,Cultivate a healthy body and calmness of the mind,and inner peace.
The body is various each individual.
Yoga has to be taught originally one by one.but now it is really difficult.
The most important to learn yoga is taking a good lesson according to your body condition or your revel,or experiences.And also to keep lerning for a long time.
YogaComoShantih is a small space for max 6 persons.
YCS supplies high quality lessons,founded on right information,various and long experience,and also teacher's peaceful mind.
